Throughout my career I have identified myself as someone who likes to Get Sh*t Done. It is a mentality, a way of life, and my guiding light. I have always been one of those people who make it possible. Whatever “it” is, I know that with hard work and determination it can be accomplished, and if for some reason it can’t, I will exhaust all resources trying.
I knew I wanted to start a boutique agency one day with like-minded people who just wanted to GSD like I did. And while I have had the pleasure of working with lots of these people over the years, it wasn’t until I went into a meeting at LeagueApps, a sports technology company that I am an investor in and an advisor for, that I met my GSD soulmate.
Casey walked into the room wearing a Duke jacket and a GSD mentality that I could smell from a mile away. I ended up taking a job I wasn’t even applying for because I knew that we could make magic together. We proceeded to spend the next five years, along with LeagueApps’ President, launching a business development division focused on Professional Sports League and Team fan engagement and strategy.
Casey and I are former youth athletes, sports fans who grew up going to games with our dads, and truly believe that we are better people because sports have shaped our lives in so many ways. We are committed to a future where girls have equal opportunity, pay, and access to sports, and we want to do our small part to further advance and champion these causes. It is with this in mind that we decided to launch our own agency with a focus on women’s sports.
Our secret sauce is our approach to partnerships. We are passionate about people, believe that 1+1 can equal 3, and never lose sight of the important details as we think about the big picture. We don’t talk over you or at, but work with you as teammates to come up with plans to cross the finish line together. When the team wins, we all win.
